By placing a booking at Snow Horizon, you and your booking party agree to the following terms and conditions as set below. During your stay, you and your booking party agree to abide by the subsequent conditions. If you have any questions about booking at Snow Horizon, please contact us before making a booking.
Disturbance
All guests agree to respect the privacy of all other staying guests at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. Guests who break house rules will be asked to leave immediately. Any accommodation fees will not be refunded.
No Smoking
Snow Horizon is a SMOKE-FREE property. Smoking of any tobacco products included but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes and cigars is strictly prohibited.
Pet & Service Dogs
We are sorry but we cannot accept pets at Snow Horizon, except for service dogs.
Security
The premises are protected by 24 hour audio and video surveillance. By entering Snow Horizon, you agree to be audio and video recorded.
Check-in and Check-out Time
Guests must check-in after 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out before 11am on the day of departure.
Payment Policy
A 50% holding deposit is required within 7 days of the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The residual 50% must be paid no less than 2 months before your arrival at Snow Horizon.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking and you give us more than 60 prior days notice we will credit your deposit to a future booking with us. Credits do not have an expiry date and are non-transferable. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 60 days.
Please double check that your arrival and departure dates are correct. We are not responsible for bookings made for incorrect dates. If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you miss your first nights’ accommodation, please contact your airline or travel insurance for compensation.
Parking
Limited on-site parking is available. Guests accept that they park their vehicle at their own risk.
Your Personal Details & Privacy
We are required to keep a register of ALL GUESTS who stay at Snow Horizon including full names, nationalities and passport numbers. Please provide such information at the time you make your booking
Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without any compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.
